Aaand my doctor thinks I have a "lumbar strain" which means a whole lot of me sounding like an old person every time I bend over, sit down, or get up.  I was prescribed Flexeril and nice, hot baths, but he also encouraged me to keep working out.  He also mentioned I look happier. :D

Let's hope this back pain figures out it's got to go somewhere.

Month 4 Results

Less focus on the step count this month, more on the Insanity workouts.  I definitely feel it.  I feel stronger and more capable.  I also feel less crampy during menstruation, which if that is a direct effect of Insanity, I will do FOREVER.  Anyway, numbers:

Start Weight: 226.4 lbs.
End Weight: 222.9 lbs.
Change: -3.5 lbs.

Start Body Fat: 45.8%
End Body Fat: 44.4%
Change: -1.4%

Aaand pictures - left is April 1st, right is May 1st:

Slimming down in the middle.  I could afford to eat better and get more steps.  Let's see what I can do in Month 5!
